Menu Monday, December 3

If you look below for the weekend menu, you'll see something a little different.  This past weekend, we opted to make dinner a little more special.  I'll share about that tomorrow!

Monday
B: Oatmeal with strawberries
L: Leftovers
D: Taco salads; skillet corn bread;
fruit salad



Tuesday
B:Fried eggs; bacon; toast; orange slices
L: Leftovers
D:
Beef roast; mashed potatoes; steamed carrots; leftover fruit salad


Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast; maple syrup; sausage; peaches
L: Leftovers
D: Spaghetti pie; sprouted whole wheat french bread; green salad

 
Thursday

B: Baked soaked oatmeal with apples

L: Leftovers
D: Hamburger patties, roasted spicy potato wedges; fresh broccoli with ranch dip; fruit

 Friday
B: Fried eggs; toast;
fruit
L: Leftovers
D: 1st
Course: Special green salad

     Main Course: Fresh fish; savory quinoa; steamed broccoli
     Dessert: bread pudding 
 

Saturday
B: Waffles with maple syrup; sausage; fruit
L: Summer sausage, cheese, apples
D: 1st Course: 
Caesar salad 
     Main Course: Beef Stroganoff with whole wheat pasta; peas
     Dessert: mock frozen yogurt

Sunday
B: Scrambled eggs; fried potatoes; bacon; fruit

D:  1st Course: green salad with ranch dressing
      Main Course: Tortilla soup; corn fritters; carrot sticks
      Dessert: ice cream
