I thought I moved back to Washington from the mid-West to get away from the cold.

Breakfast (a combination of these items):
- Eggs (fried or scrambles that include various veggies like spinach, mushrooms, onion, etc.); bacon or sausage; avocado; fruit/berries
- Oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and yogurt
- Weekends normally include sprouted wheat waffles or pancakes
Mid-Afternoon Snack:
- Apples or bananas with almond butter
- Vanilla chia seed pudding
- Kefir smoothies
- Monday: Spaghetti pie; Caesar salad; garlic bread made with whole wheat french bread
- Tuesday: Mexican rice bowls with Mexican beef; green salad
- Wednesday: No Noodle Sausage & Sour Cream Bake; sauteed carrots; whole wheat no-knead sourdough bread (didn't have last week)
- Thursday: Salisbury steak; brown rice; green beans
- Friday: Spinach/pear/blue cheese/toasted pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette; Duke's clam chowder; whole wheat french bread; spiced pears and pomegranate over vanilla ice cream
- Saturday: Crispy fried chicken strips; roasted ranch potato wedges; broccoli salad
