Breakfast (a combination of these items):
- Eggs (fried or scrambles that include various veggies like spinach, mushrooms, onion, etc.); bacon or sausage; avocado; fruit/berries
- Oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and yogurt
- Weekends normally include sprouted wheat waffles or pancakes
Mid-Afternoon Snack:
- Apples or bananas with almond butter
- Vanilla chia seed pudding
- Kefir smoothies
- Monday: Crispy fried chicken strips; roasted ranch potato wedges; broccoli salad
- Tuesday, New Year's Eve: Clam chowder; whole wheat french bread; Caesar salad
- Wednesday: New Year's Day menu
- Thursday: Salisbury steak; brown rice; green beans
- Friday: Leek soup; fresh fish; baked potatoes; sweet & crunchy Brussels sprouts; pumpkin custard with pecan topping*
- Saturday: Tortilla soup; green salad
