Menu Monday, March 3

Sometimes you just gotta have breakfast for dinner.


Dinner: 

Monday: Sprouted wheat waffles with Grade B maple syrup; pastured pork sausage; fruit salad 
Tuesday: Chicken strips; brown rice; sauteed fresh vegetables 
Wednesday: Stuffed sweet potatoes; green salad with vinaigrette 
Thursday: Hamburger patties with avocado slices; rice pilaf; browned butter sauteed carrot & spinach medley 
Friday: Spinach salad with raspberry poppy seed vinaigrette; fresh fish; red potatoes; sauteed fresh vegetables; baked apples with fresh whipped cream 
Saturday: Tortilla soup; cornbread; salad
