Menu Monday, November 12

This week we are looking forward to doing some decorating and planning for Thanksgiving.  Can you believe it?  Me neither.

Monday

Tuesday

B: Fried eggs; toast; pears
L: Leftovers

Salisbury steaks; brown rice; steamed broccoli; plain yogurt with honey & fruit

Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast; maple syrup; sausage; peaches
L: Leftovers
D: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy; green beans; simple green salad; Paleo Pumpkin Bars

 
Thursday

Scrambled cheesy eggs; blueberry banana bread; pears
L: Apples; cheese; veggies & dip
D: Sausage & veggie frittata; ranch potato wedges; steamed broccoli; fruit


Friday
B: Granola with raw milk
& bananas
L: Leftovers

D: Fresh fish; savory quinoaCaesar salad;
zesty orange salad

Saturday

B: Waffles with maple syrup; sausage; applesauce
L: Summer sausage, cheese, apples
D: Grilled hamburger patties; fried potatoes; broccoli salad; mock frozen yogurt

Sunday

B: Sprouted flour pumpkin pancakes; maple syrup; bacon; orange slices
D: White chicken chili; skillet cornbread; green salad; chilled poached pears
