I just finished reading Mondays with My Old Pastor by Jose Luis Navajo. Honestly, once I picked it up I couldn't put it down. Between the author's honesty in his relationship with God and work for the church, and his "old pastor's" insight and colorful stories that helped to teach, I finished the book in a day.
This book has inspired and reminded me to be a better mentor to my children, to always start my day at the feet of the King, and to remember that all that I have learned along the way should be shared to encourage others. God doesn't care so much as to what we do for Him as much as He cares about who we are.
I highly recommend this book.
