Happy Monday!  We have a busy, but fun week planned.  What about you?


Monday   
B: Oatmeal with strawberries
D: Grilled steaks; baked potatoes; Caesar salad


Tuesday    
B: Sprouted wheat waffles with maple syrup; eggs; fruit 
D: Mexican rice bowls; green salad

 

Wednesday    
B: Egg, sausage & cheese burritos; fruit  
D: BBQ salmon; roasted red potatoes; red cabbage with lemon & black pepper
 

Thursday 
B:
Oatmeal with apples & raisins
D: Hamburger patties with sauteed mushrooms; creamed spinach; brown rice

 

Friday    
B:  Sprouted whole wheat buttermilk pancakes; bacon & fruit

D: 1st Course:  Caesar salad
     Main Course: Fresh fish; brown rice pasta with caramelized onions; green beans
     Dessert: 
Homemade ice cream
   

Saturday  
B: Eggs; toast; bacon; fruit

D: Grilled hot dogs; baked beans; coleslaw
 
Sunday
B:  Sprouted wheat waffles; strawberries; sausage 
D:  Starter: Broccoli salad
      Main: Grilled marinated flank steak; zucchini & sun-dried tomato risotto; fresh garden peas
      Dessert: Leftover ice cream from Friday
