Last week, I found that we didn't stick to our menu plan very well. It's funny how that can happen from time to time! Sometimes I just don't feel like making what I have planned, sometimes it's others in the house that request something different. Last week, my dear husband took us out to dinner one night and I just didn't get back on track. So you are going to see a couple of repeats for this week. Sorry about that if you are following our plan more carefully than we are!
Monday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ peaches
Lunch – Leftover pizza, oranges
Dinner – Pork chops, homemade rice-a-roni, steamed carrots, green salad
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Fried eggs, applesauce bread, orange slices
Lunch – Grilled cheese sandwiches, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Salisbury steaks, baked potatoes, green beans
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Cinnamon bread french toast w/ maple syrup, applesauce
Lunch – Tuna melts, raw veggies, apples
Dinner – Crispy fried chicken breasts, ranch potato wedges, peas & corn
Thursday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ blueberries
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner - Ham and corn frittata, hash browns, fruit salad
Friday:
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs, cinnamon bread toast, oranges
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Hamburgers, baked beans, coleslaw
Saturday:
Breakfast – Soaked whole wheat waffles w/ raspberries, maple syrup, bacon
Lunch – Homemade summer sausage, cheese, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Lasagna, toast, green salad
Sunday:
Breakfast – Soaked whole wheat pancakes, maple syrup, sausage
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas & carrots
