Breakfast – Oatmeal, peaches Lunch – Grilled cheese sandwiches, raw veggies & fruit Dinner – Tacos, Spanish Rice and green salad Tuesday: Breakfast – Fried eggs, applesauce bread, oranges Lunch – Sloppy Joes, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Crustless Salmon Quiche, red potatoes, steamed carrots, green salad Wednesday: Breakfast – Oatmeal with raisins Lunch – Leftovers Dinner – Sausage and Vegetable Frittata (I'm substituting sausage & adding sauteed peppers and onions), toast, and fruit salad Thursday: Breakfast – Baked oatmeal with leftover fruit salad Thanksgiving Dinner – Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, corn (5 kernels per person), green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, cranberries, Mock King's Hawaiian dinner rolls, fruit salad, fresh vegetable relish tray, pumpkin pie with real whipped cream Friday: Breakfast – Oatmeal with raisins Lunch – Leftovers Dinner – Easy layered turkey casserole, green salad Saturday: Breakfast – Pancakes with blueberries, maple syrup Lunch – Leftovers Dinner – White Chicken Chili made with leftover turkey, cornbread muffins, green salad Sunday: Breakfast – Waffles with strawberries & maple syrup, sausage Lunch – Homemade summer sausage, cheese and fruit Dinner – Hamburgers, homemade french fries, green salad Photo credit: unknown
