Menu Monday, March 11

Tomorrow, our daughter turns 12.  She is beautiful, smart, hard-working, and good with her money.  She amazes us.

She and I have decided that she is going to start meal-planning one day out of the week, as well as making that dinner, too.  We are both excited about this...for different reasons!

Monday
B: Oatmeal with strawberries
D: Omelets; green salad; fried parsnips; pears

 
Tuesday
B: Scrambled eggs with sausage; streusel blueberry buckle; fruit

D: Dinner out
 

Wednesday   
B: Sprouted whole wheat pancakes with maple syrup; bacon; orange slices
D: 1st Course:  Green salad
     Main Course: Beef roast; Paleo carrot souffle; new potatoes with fresh rosemary

     Dessert:  Baked pears with chocolate

 
Thursday  
B: Eggs; toast; bananas with yogurt 
D: Hamburger patties topped with guacamole & bacon; green salad; organic tortilla chips
 
Friday     
To do: Make dessert; soak beans 
B: Oatmeal with raisins & apples  
     Main Course: Fresh fish; brown rice; creamed peas
     Dessert: Detox Blonde Macaroons with vanilla ice cream
& chocolate sauce  

Saturday   
B: Scrambled eggs; hash browns; fruit
D: Minestrone soup; sourdough biscuits (from Gnowfglins); green salad 


Sunday   
B: Sprouted whole wheat waffles with maple syrup; eggs  
D: 1st Course: Spinach salad
     Main Course: Grilled steak; baked potatoes; roasted asparagus

     Dessert: Leftover
Detox Blonde Macaroons with vanilla ice cream & chocolate sauce
