We love it in spaghetti sauce, scrambled eggs, pizza... any place you want to use ground meat but want a little zing! Dried fennel seeds are part of that authentic Italian flavor, so don't skip those.
- 1 pound ground turkey, pork, or beef
- 1-1/2 t dried Italian seasonings
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t black pepper
- 1 t Oregano
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t red pepper flakes
- 3/4 t dried fennel seeds
- Add seasonings to uncooked ground turkey.
- Brown meat. Use as desired.
