Menu Monday, March 26

Wow!  What a busy couple of weeks we've had!  Sorry I didn't post last week's menu plan.  If you felt the pain of not having it, trust me, you were not alone!

During the past two weeks we celebrated my daughter's birthday (3 times...), got a dozen cornish rock chicks, God continued healing a back injury I have and I started a "reboot" of my personal diet.  I'll be telling you all about it in the coming posts.

Anyway, here is this week's menu.  Hope it leaves you and your family nourished and blessed!

Monday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ peaches 
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner - Porcupines, brown rice, green beans
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Fried eggs, bacon, sprouted whole wheat blueberry streusel muffins 
Lunch – Sloppy Joe's, raw veggies & berry kefir smoothies
Dinner – Easy cheesy mac & cheese, nitrate-free hot dogs (from Trader Joe's), green salad

 
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Cinnamon bread french toast
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Sausage & Broccoli Frittata, sprouted whole wheat biscuits, green salad

 
Thursday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ strawberries
Lunch - Tuna melts, veggies & fruit
Dinner -  Mexican lasagna, spanish rice, fruit salad 


Friday:
Breakfast – Baked soaked oatmeal
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Homemade pizza, green salad
 
Saturday:
Breakfast –  Soaked whole wheat pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup
Lunch – Cheese & apples
Dinner – Hamburgers in soaked whole wheat buns, green salad, berry yogurt smoothies
 
Sunday:
Breakfast – Scrambled eggs with sausage, soaked whole wheat cinnamon rolls
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner – Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes & gravy, peas & corn
