Menu Monday, December 16

House decorated?  Check.
Gifts purchased and wrapped?  Check.
Christmas cards in the mail?  Check.
Cookies baked?  That's this week.

Breakfast (a combination of these items):
  • Eggs (fried or scrambles that include various veggies like spinach, mushrooms, onion, etc.); bacon or sausage; avocado; fruit/berries
  • Oatmeal with fruit, nuts, and yogurt 
  • Weekends normally include sprouted wheat waffles or pancakes
Lunch:
  • Leftovers
  • Fruit, raw veggies, cheese
Mid-Afternoon Snack:
Dinner:
