Menu Monday, February 20 & VH's Anniversary!

It's Victory Homemaking's first anniversary today!  Although we touched on a lot of subjects during this past year, there is still so much more I want to learn about.  The old saying, "The more I learn the more I realized I don't know," is so true. 

If there is anything that you'd like me to write about, let me know.  And again, thanks for going along on this ride with me!

Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ strawberries
Lunch – Bean dip w/ organic tortilla chips, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Salisbury steaks, brown rice, peas & carrots

Breakfast – Fried eggs, zucchini bread
Lunch – Tuna melts, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Crispy fried chicken, red potatoes, caesar salad 

Breakfast – Cinnamon bread french toast
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Tacos, spanish rice, green salad

Breakfast – Scrambled eggs with sausage, carrot muffins, applesauce
Lunch - Stuffed baked potatoes, veggies & fruit
Dinner -  Crustless salmon quichebrown rice, green beans

Breakfast – Baked soaked oatmeal

Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Hamburgers, ranch potato wedges, green salad

Breakfast –  Soaked whole wheat waffles with maple syrup and bacon
Lunch – Cheese & apples
Dinner – Summer sausage in baked easy cheesy mac & cheese, steamed mixed veggies
Breakfast – Soaked whole wheat pancakes with applesauce and maple syrup
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner – BBQ steak, baked potatoes, steamed carrots, green salad, blueberry buckle
