No-Noodle Sausage & Sour Cream Bake
I've been continuing to have my green smoothie for breakfast.  Although they don't look too appealing, they do taste good!

By the way, this week I'm going to share with you recipes that we love to make for our Valentine's Day dinner. So if Valentine's Day includes making dinner instead of reservations, I've got some ideas for you!

Breakfast Green smoothie*
Lunch: Large salad with some type of meat, cheese, or egg
SnackChia seed pudding made with homemade coconut milk; small dish of cottage cheese; or a stalk of celery filled with almond butter or egg salad

Dinner: 
Monday: No noodle sausage & sour cream bakemixed veggie salad with vinaigrette
Tuesday: Salmon cakes; roasted broccoli & cauliflower with balsamic vinegar; Caesar salad
WednesdayCajun grilled chicken breasts over mixed greens
Thursday: Taco salads
Friday: Stuffed mushrooms; fresh fish; browned butter vegetables*; baby red potatoes; zesty orange salad
Saturday: Minestrone soup; sprouted flour buttermilk biscuits; mixed veggie salad with vinaigrette
