Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast with maple syrup; sausage; orange slices
D: Crustless salmon quiche; sauteed mushrooms; creamed spinach; baked apples
Thursday
B: Scrambled eggs; bacon; toast; fruit
D: Hamburger patties; "rice-a-roni"; green beans with bacon; peaches
Friday
B: Baked soaked oatmeal with apples & raisins served with plain yogurt
D: 1st Course: Beet salad
Main Course: Fresh fish; pommes de anna; wilted greens
Dessert: Cherry clafoutis (substituting powdered turbinado for the sugars)
Saturday
B: Scrambled eggs with sausage; hash browns; fruit
D: Duke's clam chowder; homemade whole wheat sourdough; green salad
Sunday
B: Swiss & mushroom omelets; fried potatoes with peeled, sliced broccoli stems; fruit salad
D: 1st Course: Stuffed mushrooms
Main Course: Herb & garlic roasted chicken; mashed potatoes & gravy; carrots & peas
Dessert: Ice cream
