Menu Monday, November 19

It's Thanksgiving week.  We will be busy preparing not only food, but our hearts for this special holiday, too.  Last year I shared with you about our favorite Thanksgiving traditions.  If you'd like to use them, here are our "Thankfulness Cards" for this year.

B: Oatmeal with strawberries
L: Leftovers
D: Tacos; spanish rice; green salad with ranch dressing

B: Fried eggs; toast; orange slices
L: Leftovers
D: Crustless salmon quichebrown rice with Parmesan; Caesar salad

B: Cinnamon bread French toast; maple syrup; sausage; peaches

D: Fried pork chops; homemade rice-a-roni; steamed carrots; orange slices

Thursday ~ Thanksgiving Day
Oatmeal with raisins
D: 5 pieces of corn per personHerb & garlic roasted turkey; mashed potatoes & gravy; traditional bread dressing with celery & apples; cranberry sauce; sweet potato casserole; green bean casserole; corn; mock King's Hawaiian dinner rolls: pumpkin pie with real whipped cream


B: Scrambled eggs;
toast; orange slices
L: Leftovers
D: Layered turkey casserole; leftover side dishes

B: Waffles with maple syrup; sausage; applesauce
L: Leftovers
D: Grilled hamburger patties;
brown rice with Parmesan; Caesar salad

B: Scrambled eggs; fried potatoes; bacon; orange slices
D: Turkey vegetable soup; sprouted soft wheat flour buttermilk biscuits; fruit salad
