Menu Monday, November 5

This week is not only Tom's birthday, but on his special day we are headed down to Seattle to see the King Tut exhibit at the Pacific Science Center.  Years ago (I don't want to say how many) I had the opportunity to see it.  As an adult, I know that I'm more excited than the kiddos.  

By the way, I must be feeling a bit nostalgic.  But I have to say, I'm so glad that Steve Martin's "King Tut" isn't still on the radio...



Monday
B: Oatmeal with strawberries
L: Tuna melts on sourdough; raw veggies & dip
D: Cowboy hash; cornbread; fruit salad


Tuesday

B: Scrambled eggs; toast; peaches
L: Leftovers
D: Crustless salmon quichebrown rice with Parmesan; Caesar salad


Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast; maple syrup; sausage; sliced bananas
L: Leftovers
D: Summer sausage macaroni & cheese;
green beans; melon with strawberry syrup drizzle

Thursday ~ Tom's Birthday
B:
Fried eggs; applesauce bread; grapes
L: Apples; cheese
D: Dinner out in Seattle


Friday
B: Granola with raw milk

L: Peanut butter, honey and banana sandwiches;
raw veggies & dip
D: Fresh fish; rice-a-roniCaesar salad; Chocolate cake made with sprouted soft whole wheat flour

Saturday

B: Waffles with maple syrup; bacon; grapes
L: Summer sausage, cheese, apples
D: Grilled steaks; creamy pasta & broccoli; green salad with simple vinaigrette; zesty orange salad

Sunday

B: Cheese Omelets; fried potatoes; orange slices
D: Spaghetti; whole wheat sourdough garlic bread; Caesar salad; mock frozen yogurt
