Menu Monday, April 1

We are taking our Easter Vacation this week. I almost had myself talked into taking a break from meal planning for the week, too.

But then reality hit.

I still have to make dinner.  And what's worse?

Yup.  Not knowing what to make for seven nights in a row.  

Monday
B: Oatmeal with blueberries & almonds
D: Crustless salmon quiche; roasted veggies with balsamic vinegar; green salad


Tuesday
B: Eggs; ham; toast; fruit
D: Sourdough biscuits (from Gnowfglins) & sausage gravy; pear & spinach salad

Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast; eggs; sausage; fruit
D: Spaghetti pie; Caesar salad; whole wheat sourdough garlic bread

Thursday
B: Scrambled eggs with ham
D: Hamburger patties; broccoli salad; brown rice; fried carrots

Friday
B:  Oatmeal with strawberries
D:  Starter: Stuffed mushroom caps
      Main: Fresh fish & chips with homemade tartar sauce; coleslaw
      Dessert: TBD

Saturday
B: Sprouted wheat pancakes with maple syrup; fruit
D: Kitchen sink omelets; quinoa pilaf; green salad

Sunday
B:  Sprouted wheat waffles with strawberries
D:  Starter: Leek puree
      Main: Meatloaf; mashed potatoes & gravy; peas & carrots
      Dessert: TBD
