Good-bye 2012. You had some wonderful, inspiring, and memorable times. You also had some awfully dark, depressing, and challenging times. You will forever live in my memories.

D: 1st Course: Bluegrass salad (substitute turbinado for sugar & broccoli for the asparagus)
Main Course: Spicy Southern black-eyed peas; mustard greens; skillet cornbread
Dessert: Sprouted flour peach & coconut upside-down cake
Wednesday
B: Cinnamon bread French toast; maple syrup; sausage; bananas
D: Mexican rice bowls; green salad with ranch dressing; orange slices
Thursday
B: Fried eggs; bacon; toast; oranges slices
D: Creamy pasta & broccoli with ham; grated carrot salad; diced fresh pears
Friday
B: Baked soaked oatmeal with blueberries
D: 1st Course: Caesar salad
Main Course: Fresh fish; oven-roasted potato wedges; cooked carrots a la Julia Child
Dessert: Yogurt cake with lemon glaze & raspberry sauce
Saturday
B: Scrambled eggs with sausage; fried potatoes; orange slices
D: 1st Course: Green salad with simple vinaigrette and croutons
Main Course: Chili; cornbread
Dessert: Fruit salad
Sunday
B: Waffles with maple syrup; bacon; fruit
D: 1st Course: Beet salad
Main Course: Chicken fried steak; mashed potatoes and gravy; peas & corn
Dessert: Leftover yogurt cake with lemon glaze & raspberry sauce
