Book Review: Echoes

My daughter's favorite author is Robin Jones Gunn.  She has voraciously read every single thing she has written...more than once.  So, when I had an opportunity to review one of Mrs. Gunn's new books from the Glenbrooke series, I didn't even question it.

This book covers issues like a broken engagement, living as a single Christian woman, and dating via email.

It is a sweet story that I really enjoyed.  Very easy reading.  Lauren's character is a wonderful role model to young women.  She is certainly far from perfect, but lives her life in a way pleasing to God.  I especially enjoyed the innocent romance between her and KC, how they got to know each other as friends through their emails, and how that relationship grew into something wonderful.
I received this book for free from WaterBrook Multnomah Publishing Group for this review.

  1. I loved this book. When my was going to get it from that publisher, I was like, " YES!". Robin Jones Gunn is my absolute favorite author. She mixes romance, comedy, and a love for God in her books and she has made them so enjoyable to read. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, ROBIN!
