Menu Monday, January 7

I have noticed something.  

Since we started having more special dinners at home, my hubby hasn't wanted to go out to dinner as much.

Not quite sure how I feel about that.

Monday
B: Oatmeal with cranberries
D: Tacos with black beans &
brown rice; green salad with ranch; mock frozen yogurt

Tuesday
B:
Fried eggs; bacon; toast; oranges
 
D: Lasagna; Caesar salad; whole wheat sourdough bread (new recipe); sliced pears with strawberry syrup

Wednesday  
B: Cinnamon bread French toast with maple syrup; sausage; orange slices
D: Grilled hamburger patties; roasted potato wedges; broccoli salad; sliced bananas topped with plain yogurt and berry compote


Thursday
B: 
Baked soaked oatmeal with apples & dried cranberries

D: Sausage & broccoli frittata; fried potatoes; green salad; baked apples
 
Friday   
B: Fried eggs; bacon; toast; fruit
D: 1st Course: Caesar salad
     Main Course: Fresh fish; savory quinoa; steamed broccoli
     Dessert: Chocolate mousse  

Saturday    
B: Scrambled eggs with sausage; fried potatoes; orange slices
D: Crock Pot Potato Bean Soup; sprouted flour buttermilk biscuits; red cabbage salad with lemon & black pepper
   
Sunday   
B: Waffles with maple syrup; bacon; fruit  
D: 1st Course:  Leek puree
     Main Course: Herb & garlic roasted chicken; mashed potatoes & gravy; corn & peas

     Dessert: Brazilian bananas
