Menu Monday, January 16

We got a little snow over the weekend.  The kids had a great time playing out in it and we enjoyed watching the chickens' tentative approach about venturing out in the white stuff.  It's a nice change of pace.  For now.



Monday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ blueberries
Lunch – Leftovers

Dinner – Crispy Fried Chicken Strips, brown rice w/ Parmesan, green beans 
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Fried eggs, applesauce bread, oranges
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Beef stroganoff, whole wheat pasta, peas 
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Cinnamon bread french toast
Lunch – Cheese quesadillas, apples, celery w/ peanut butter
Dinner –
Summer sausage & green bean frittata, hash browns, fruit salad
Thursday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ cranberries
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner -  Pork chops, savory quinoa, corn
Friday:
Breakfast – Baked soaked oatmeal

Lunch – Tuna sandwiches, organic corn chips, apples
Dinner – Hamburgers, mac & cheese, green salad

Saturday:
Breakfast –  Soaked whole wheat waffles, maple syrup, sausage, orange slices
Lunch – Homemade summer sausage, cheese, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Fresh fish, baked potato w/ sour cream, steamed broccoli
Sunday:
Breakfast – Soaked whole wheat pancakes with applesauce and maple syrup
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner – Beef roast, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed carrots, mock frozen yogurt
