Menu Monday, January 9

This week, Reilly and Dane will receive their orange belts in Karate.  They tested last week and both passed, so this week they will actually celebrate their achievement by getting their new belts.  They have been studying Karate since late August at a great Christian dojo.  They absolutely love it and I love that they have something active to do that can have lasting benefits.

Monday:Breakfast – 
Oatmeal w/ peaches
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Chicken Cordon Bleu, brown rice w/ Parmesan, green beans 
Tuesday:
Breakfast – Fried eggs, applesauce bread, oranges
Lunch – Leftovers
Dinner – Salisbury steaks, red potatoes, peas 
Wednesday:
Breakfast – Soaked whole wheat pancakes with applesauce and maple syrup
Lunch – Cheese quesadillas, apples, celery w/ peanut butter
Dinner – Potato soup, savory cheese & dill muffins, green salad
Thursday:
Breakfast – Oatmeal w/ cranberries
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner -  Cowboy hash, brown rice, corn
Friday:
Breakfast – Baked soaked oatmeal
LunchTuna sandwiches, organic corn chips, apples
Dinner – Hamburgers, creamy mac & cheese, green salad
Saturday:
Breakfast –  Soaked whole wheat pancakes, maple syrup, sausage, orange slices
Lunch – Homemade summer sausage, cheese, raw veggies & fruit
Dinner – Spaghetti pie, green salad
Sunday:
Breakfast – Scrambles eggs, hash browns, applesauce
Lunch - Leftovers
Dinner – Meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, steamed carrots, mock frozen yogurt
