Menu Monday, November 28

We had a wonderfully fun and relaxing Thanksgiving weekend.  We enjoyed the company of friends, did a little shopping, went to church, and did a lot of relaxing in-between.  My dear husband declared it to be the best Thanksgiving ever.  Wow.  How about you?

This week we'll be back to our normal schedule.  Work for Tom, the kids and I will be back "at school" and normal activities.  In addition, we are going to start planning what we would most like to do this Christmas season, like which Christmas cookie recipes we'd like to bake, making some decorations for the house and gifts we'll be giving to friends and family.

In the meantime, a person's gotta eat, right?  So here's our menu for the week.  Hope it helps you out and gives you more time to do the things you need to do, too!
